They did a great job with providing legal help. They were prompt and through with responding to emails and phone calls. I would recommend.

I searched unbundled attorney and was forwarded to Edward Price. Mr. Price explained unbundled services which consisted of: initial case review and 1 hour consult discussing current case status $350.00, one or two additional case status consults if needed $250.00, and two days prior to trial a personal meeting in order to review my trial notebook and trial coaching $500.00.
I agreed to the discussed unbundled services and provided the initial $350.00 retainer. I was contacted by the office secretary and I provided documents pertaining to the case for review. I waited more than 1 week for someone to contact me and schedule my consultation. As more time lapsed, I waited and finally contacted the office manager concerning my case and my time constraints.
I was then contacted by the office and informed that Edward Price would not be discussing the case with me and another attorney would contact me concerning my case. I was finally contacted by Duncan Keir. We conducted our phone consultation where we vaguely discussed the case and outlined an immediate path forward as well as my tasks for timely filling of required documents. The conversation lasted less than 20 minutes and the consultation was ended with one outstanding task by Ducan Keir. That task was to send a follow-up email to me with the bullet points discussed in our initial consultation. One week later I had to repeatedly remind the office manager about the email request. Finally I sent the following email after I requested additional service for the paid hour of which I only received 20 minutes.
When I requested a meeting I was informed "Duncan will not be available to meet Monday, but I've reached out to our other attorneys and am working to set up a meeting" to which I replied; This is not what Ed spoke about before I sent in my money. This is not acceptable. I will be visiting the office today or tomorrow 4/22 or 4/23. Depending on my schedule. Thanks.

I then received this reply from Duncan Keir:
I am informed that you may be in town and wanted to stop by the office. I am sorry to say that I do not have any time this week for a meeting, my schedule often fills up well in advance.

Your recent email indicates you may feel that you have not been provided with the services for which you paid. I have attached a copy of the engagement agreement you signed for your reference. We agreed to provide you with one strategy session for which you paid $350. You provided documents in advance, which I reviewed. We then conducted your strategy session over the telephone, a follow up email was sent you as requested, which concluded the engagement. At this time there is no active representation.

I hope this email clarifies any questions you may have. We wish you the best of luck with the conclusion of the divorce case.

At this point, I was already 6 weeks into this situation and our original agreement was for 3-4 reviews and 1 person to person coaching. At this point in the case, it's impossible to get a continuance and the case involves a 6 year old minor child. For this, you should be ashamed of your representation in a child custody and divorce case. If this isn't a case of bait and switch; I do not know what to call it! Maybe just call it what it is: Terrible legal service from a bunch of crack pot lawyers. You want to know why lawyers have such a bad reputation, well; your actions invite criticism as well as immediate sanctions against Edward Price and Duncan Keir. I will be filing a complaint with the Fee Arbitration Committee of the Baltimore County Bar Association. And I will continue to speak directly to all my friends and family about the terrible legal service Price & Keir provided.

I hope you loose your license and end up working in the McDonalds. You only deserve minimal wage for your services.

Yours Truly,

William Scott

Unfortunately zero stars isn't possible. One of the worst firms I've ever dealt with. Over-promised, over-billed and under-delivered. This lawyer was horrible in the court room. It was clear he hadn't prepped for my case or was knowledgeable about the laws relevant to my case. Actually got the parties names wrong in open court! Horrible.
