They were very persistent and negotiated a good agreement. Even with a change of lawyer in the middle, they kept going without skipping a beat. We are very pleased with their work and the outcome.

Given the circumstances, the process of resolving my case proved challenging at times yet he had a way to dissect matters in a sensible way, thus guiding me through the process and not taking any unnecessary steps backward. Went in for a consultation. Complete waste of time. I paid $275 for not one bit of advice, game plan, opinion. Nothing. I came fully prepared with laws, documents, where I thought they violated, etc. I understand my case may not be clean cut, but to pay $275 and receive a blank stare for an hour, I could’ve talked to a brick wall for free. Highly disappointing. I chose this firm because of the amazing reviews. But that was not the case. I don’t recommend this firm to anyone that might have a complex case. Told me he retainer was $4,500 if I wanted him to look into the case. He didn’t even try to tell me his plan of action, where he would start, if he even thought I’d have a case, etc. I literally got ZERO feedback.

Worst place ever you can go to I do not recommend anyone to come here. First of all the lawyer told me I would have to speak to him before he can know how much he would charge me. He already knew how much he was going charge me. He just wanted the $275. I payed $275 for a one hour consultation. I am glad I did not waste my money to pay $4,500 for him to help me with my case especially if he was going rush through it. It seem like he did not care he just rushed through and told me he can do whatever he could do. It would be hard for me to win. He wanted the money upfront that day or he told me he was not going be able to do it. This place is a rip off they will take your money and not help you. I will never come back here again.

I had an unusual situation and was terminated by my employer. Unemployment wasn't willing to listen to my side of the story and sided with my ex employer and gave me the worst ruling of gross misconduct. I hired Judd Millman to assist with my appeal and I'm so glad I did because that ruling was set aside and I was approved for unemployment benefits! He helped me show the hearing examiner that my actions were not deliberate and that my employer didn't take any measures to resolve the issue. I highly recommend using this firm to assist with unemployment matters. Especially appeals!

I inquired about an employment related matter and there is a $275 fee for a consultation. What a joke! I found another law firm who did not charge me for a consultation and is representing me on a contingency fee basis.

Be prepared to open up your checkbook and read through these reviews very carefully, as many are based merely on a single consultation since they ask you to review them after the consultation. I am out nearly $1,000 after the consultation fee and 1.7 hours of time Judd maintains to have spent on my case, though I haven't seen anything to justify the time nor do I know what he did for those hours. There was miscommunication from the very beginning and I felt rushed on my first visit for a consultation I was paying for, albeit I was two minutes late due to difficulties locating the practice. I felt Judd was stressed about time and more focused on the clock rather on his time with me. Nonetheless I retained the firm for $4,500 after being rushed to sign the representation contract I did not even get a chance to read as Judd had another appointment immediately after mine. I received contrary opinions from other lawyers and wrote Judd to terminate the agreement due to fear of being taken for my money, but then I changed my mind after reading Judd's response. Unfortunately, they are not able to represent me in my particular case anymore and I am out not only the initial consultation fee, but the additional attorney fees charged. I do think Judd may have been able to resolve my case with a positive outcome, but due to the timing and other circumstances the representation by the firm fell apart. I will add Judd always responds to emails and phone calls, which is a positive. In the end though this is the worst experience I have had with a law firm and I have worked with two other firms in the past for separate matters not related to employment law.
