I had s VOP over a year ago. I missed too many classes at House of Ruth. I was homeless penniless and didn't have a vehicle to be able to make it to the classes. Therefore I got a vop along with that of war. I retain mr. Preller he probably got ahold of the judge got the warrants quashed. And ask the judge to let me finish thank classes at the House of Ruth reinstate my probation which she did. And I am almost positive that if it hadn't been anyone else besides Patrick it wouldn't have went down like a dick. What Patrick has many years of experience and him and I have only met a couple time but we have talked a few times on the phone. He's a very professional man very courteous and very knowledgeable. What I have to say is if you're in trouble or you need to go to court I would not hesitate for half a second and retaining Patrick preller and his Law Firm. Again they are professional courteous their prices are very reasonable and they know the law. The end announce the loopholes excetera. And the way I love my freedom to Patrick and I thank God for that everyday unfortunately after team Patrick again because of the clown cops and Hagerstown Maryland that you love to do anything they can't harass people. It's a real shame. They abused their powers intimidate lie whatever they deem necessary to coerce or try to get you to act in a violent way so they have an excuse to use Force. But again if you're not on probation only roll your window down to inches because the Supreme Court has ruled that if you only roll one window down approximately 2 inches that even if you're smoking an ounce of weed in your car the officer will not be able to smell it because there's no cross when that's why they want you to open both windows in your vehicle do not do this the only thing you want to ask them is am I being detained what crime have I committed because they're going to want your ID you don't want to give it to him just ask over and over again what is a crime I been committed what am I Under Suspicion for am I being detained if you don't get anywhere that way then you need to tell him well I request to have your supervisor come out here and talk with me because I'm not exiting my vehicle because I don't feel safe. Same goes for if you are pulled over on a public Highway the lights come on the sirens come on roll your window down halfway wave your hand out the window letting you officer know you see him and go to a private place where there can be Witnesses and other cameras that are going to help you. Also you can download an app on your phone I believe it's called quick something I'm not sure I might have to get back to you on this one. But anyway the purpose of this app is that when you record anything on text pictures it does not stay on your phone it goes out into the internet and can only be found by you and your information so
