I was very disappointed with my service from them. I informed them of my disability, before we started. He did rush the case, but didn't inform what I needed. Which was my dr to update his notes. Be cautious going here, there not as hungry

This firm was very unprofessional in the handling of my case. I was working directly with Mr. Dwin. He held my case for almost four months and never followed up on the witnesses and information I provided. After holding the case and only sending out a handful of letters. He dropped the case based on second hand information. He never did an independent investigation. Very disappointed in this firm. This firm and its owner toss around unfounded and untrue accusations against me in retaliation for my review. This reply demonstrates the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this firm.

Do your research before hiring this firm. This place is like watching an episode of American Greed. Amber(Paralegal) was very unprofessional. She hung up on me after I asked her why she hadn’t taken care of an issue that was supposed to be handled two days prior. Also The Lawyer I had didn’t respond to e-mails or phone calls in a timely matter. I had to go out of my way to seek information on my case various times. After calling and email them numerous times I was told that i was asking to many questions. If you need more information look in our website. Once my settlement was approved I received a document from the commission. I called the firm to check what was going on and they had no clue that the settlement was approved. It’s been over a week since the insurance company issued payment and I’m yet to receive it.

I had two different cases with the same company and I had inquire about services with this law firm. Mr. Andrew was happy to listening to my case and accept the challenge because I felt that it was not concrete enough. But at the end of the day he had made it happen for me. I really appreciate the time he had spent with me to make sure that I was happy. I really love his assistant Michael he has a good personality. Michael goes beyond his job to make sure that he answer all your question and to reassure that everything is going to be okay. The negative reviews are true. When I was using them, I never met my lawyer. Just spoke to him once over the phone. When I called after months of not hearing anything from them, I called for an update....a lady picked up the phone, there was a lot of noise in the background...I heard other people laughing an joking around....she thought she put me on hold but she didn’t once again it was a lot of laughing and innapropiate joking going on in the background. I guess she noticed and put me on hold without an apology for the unprofessionalism. She came back told me my lawyer will give me a call back....I never received that call, so I just moved on. I found another law firm to represent me. I am very satisfied with them. Just upset that Cohen and Dwin still are going to receive a small portion of the settlement. They don’t deserve it at all. They did nothing. If you are looking for a injury lawyer, try your luck with John Hall law firm. Some of the paralegals aren’t the best here, but the lawyers are amazing, they do their job and stick to their word. If they say they are going to call you back, they will.

Agreed to meet us an hour from our home which was half way point. Appt. Was at 12:30 called the office twice asking if Brad was on his way. Called at 12:45 and was transferred to Harold who sounded flustered and said "we cant take your case". My husband asked why they didnt tell us that before we drove an hour and anticipated the appt. He told us it was because we had another attorney helping with the auto part of it. Im assuming they wanted that payout more than helping us obtain a workmans comp case. Mail solicitation....live and learn.

So far I'm not impressed. I've really only spoken to my lawyer twice, one when I hired him and the day before the trial, all other attempts weren't responded too. I may change my rating before the case is over but so far it looks like I'm just a number on a balance sheet so it's highly unlikely.
