Now, knowing everyone's case and situations are different I guess everyone is entitled to there own opinion. But I have used this attorney for numerous cases, Probation Violations, charges, bail reductions and sooo much more and he has NEVER steered Me wrong. Yes at times he may be difficult to get ahold of but it's common sense that he is a very busy attorney and is also entitled to his own free time AFTER buisness hours . Not to mention he treats his clients how you treat him. You respect him he respects you. Some may not like his demeanor because his is very upfront and blunt with you and you may not like hearing the truth .PERIOD.

Doesn't return phone calls. I feel like I'm more of a burden than a client. I've called several times this month and no return call but I recommended someone to him and found out he would return his call right back so I call and nothing so now he loses me and my friend as clients. So done wasting my time with this guy but read on and see for yourself. Apparently this is a habit. The gentleman below says it perfectly. He puts on a show to get you signed up and then see ya! Harder to get a hold of than a deadbeat dad.

I agree with last reviewer, Valerie. He is worse than bad. He will put on a good show to get you "signed up" with him & get your money. But after that: forget about it. He won't return phone calls or emails. If you ask him something or tell him something important and ask him to get back to you. Days and days will go past with no response. Then say 5 days goes past with no reply and you email him again: watch out, how dare you contact him again. He is unethical. He raised the amount I was supposed to pay right in the middle of things without notice or anything, even thou we had a written contract for the initial amount. I tried to come up with the additional amount and when I still owed like $300 or so and it was 3 days before my preliminary: he threatened to Not show up for that unless I had paid the $300 before the hearing. After paying him I asked a couple legal questions and he didn't want to be bothered and stood up and said "F.... you" Talk about unprofessional. Then he spent the whole weekend before the hearing emailing me with a scare tactic (if you don't waive the hearing you are going to jail cause the DA will be pissed having to do the hearing and she will get your bail raised so waive it) so he didn't have to do anything by us waiving the preliminary hearing. Don't walk away from this attorney, RUN!!!!!!

Hired Hobie Crystal to do my husband' preliminary he went into the District Justice Office with the wrong person in hand told me he had my husband's bail lowered $5,000 dollars and that's it I paid him $800 for three minutes of his time trying to call him back ask him about things he told me my husband was collateral damage.
