Attentive informative and knowledgeable..

Happened to overhear Mr. Gertner conversing with a coworker when she called to ask about help with possibly suing a company who was the cause of her recent accident. He was denigrating and insanely nasty toward her, cutting her off every time she made an attempt to explain why she was even calling. Then, furthermore questioning why she would even call him before she made it clear what she wanted to know about. She left the phone call in tears just because of how rude he was- completely unsolicited. Even worse, she used this attorney in the recent past to help her with a prior case so one would assume he would be nicer to a client he won a case for. I have never encountered such a vile and unprovoked attack on a potential client if nothing else from a customer service aspect. How this man is so highly rated is beyond me if people can’t get past the initial phone call. Debating on whether to file a complaint with the Maryland Bar.
