Met his partner (Hansen) and she is just as genuine and caring as he is. Now, when you sit across the table from him the very first time , you might get the feeling he is lackadaisical about your case but he is not ,he is just mapping out a strategy already.You need to have a bag full of patience when dealing with the receptionist .I Don’t think he has been blessed with choosing the best staff though but his BRILLIANCE and KNOWLEDGE of his work will over compensate
