Mr. Freiman is exceptionally courteous, calm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. You never know you need a lawyer until you need a lawyer, and I can assure you that bankruptcy is no laughing matter. I was facing a hopeless, daunting future of potential court liens and garnished wages, for something completely out of my control. I had no idea what to do, and Mr. Freiman stepped in and explained the process clearly to me. He explained my rights, and laid out my options, helping guide me through the pros and cons of each. I felt protected and supported through the entire terrible journey, and Mr. Freiman's words to me were "I will be your lawyer today, and 10 years in the future should anyone ever try to bother you about this again".

He is fair with his fees, and you never feel for a second that he is just trying to get your money. I talked to four other lawyers before finding Mr. Freiman, and some of them were just downright rude and judgemental. One was a salesman and just tried to increase the fee. Mr. Freiman has seen it all before, and I liken him to an ER trauma physician who has seen the worst of the worst. I never felt judged for a second -- he was only there to help and go up to bat for you. I told Mr. Freiman my situation, and he was immediately able to come up with a solution. The idea of Bankruptcy was overwhelming to my husband and I. We honestly dreaded even beginning the process. From the moment we contacted Adam Friemans office and spoke directly to him we felt we made the right choice. Adam was available any time of day by phone and in person to speak. our first visit- left us beyond satisfied with the steps we would need to take and the plan going forward with our finances and filing of bankruptcy. Every step along the way was informative and simply put "a Breeze". we never expected the process to be as smooth as it was. our requirements for hiring an attorney were that they were affordable (could work with us, seeing as though we were in financial debt) and that this would not be a drawn out process. Expensive compared to other lawyers, especially for his quality. Doesn’t really give any information about the process and what is or is not included in bankruptcies until he is asked. Not really hands on with clients and gives out very little information that is needed for first time bankruptcy clients. My experience many be different from other so try at your own risk.
