I was involved in a very serious accident when another driver came across her lane and hit me head-on. After my trip to the emergency room to reduce my shoulder dislocation and set my hand fracture, I contacted her insurance adjuster to file a claim since she was clearly the at-fault party, only to find out that she had told her insurance company that it was I who had hit her head on. It was at this moment that I knew I NEEDED help in this case, and Adam Smallow and his team of legal professionals was the help that I turned to, and am I sure glad that I did.

Adam was able to get me in for a consultation the very day that I contacted him. During our meeting, Adam assured me that I was in good hands, but that this case would more than likely take some time just due to the circumstances. He then set right to work with maximizing my PIP payouts since I had missed time from work due to my injuries, and began working on collecting all medical bills in preparation for settlement.

This case was a hard fought case, taking over a year to settle. But Adam was sure to follow up with me on a routine basis to update me on the status, but most importantly to me, to make sure that I was okay and on my way to making a full recovery.
