If I could give zero stars I would. Eveler and DeArment failed my family in the worst way possible. Paid so much money for no help at all. My family would have been better off doing the whole process alone. If you like to throw your money away, this is the place to go. If you want real help and support, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely horrible!

The worst!

DeArment & Eschbach failed to protect my daughter and grandson in the most tragic of ways. In addition, the courts are not adequately equipped to the very real consequences and potential devastating outcomes caused by emotional and verbal abuse. Not one attorney at this office understands the causes and effective responses to domestic violence. Attempting to resolve DV cases without fundamental DV knowledge is like sending children to unregulated daycare; we keep seeing avoidable tragedies in which children are abused and some die. The 2 attorneys on my daughters case contributed to the abuse and did everything in their power to destroy their own client. I highly suggest you hire Atty Greist. These attorneys are afraid of her and Greist will win.

THE WORST representation we have ever experienced! We used Eveler & DeArment for child custody. If you want to spend all of your money on nothing at all and go backwards in life then hire these people. If you actually want guidance, protection, representation and someone who looks out for you and your childs best interest DO NOT HIRE ANYONE HERE. They are all snakes and take glory in billing you while watching you lose everything important to you. My 8 yr old tried to kill himself because Eschbach failed to show up to a PFA hearing (we paid her $500 for representation) to protect him from his abusive father & instead she forced him to go to the abusers house. We hired Eschbach to obtain a pfa and she never showed up to the courthouse , took my $500 and never obtained or even applied for the PFA. Eschbach sent mE an email saying she has $50 left from MY $500 retainer. What a fricken disgrace. Stay far away. I’m not sure I believe they are even human. Nobody with a heart could ever do this to a child. They are DEMONIC.

Kind and professional

Slam your hand in a car door and you will experience the same pain and agony as dealing with Eveler and you wont be screwed out of your money. Poor George.
