Takes very long to respond and everything is communicated through email I never actually know who I am talking to about my personal situation. In the time i took me to exchange 3 emails with them I already got an attorney. Then they replied with they couldn’t help me. Unprofessional and not helpful wouldn’t recommend if you need serious help, they will not get back to you until 1-2 weeks later and will keep asking you to reexplaining the situation in email of why you need a lawyer.

He charged me $300 consultation fee to later inform me that he was not interested in taking my case.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with and stayed determined to help resolve my issues. Definitely would reccomend!

My fiance and I contacted Andrew after he was treated unfairly by his employer. We had a phone appointment a couple days before Christmas 2019. He told us we had a case and gave us realistic expectations of what type of settlement we could receive. He worked on a holiday (NY day 2020) and sent the original draft regarding his case. By late January we reached an agreement with his former employer. Andrew fielded many email questions and phone calls throughout the ordeal. He did a great job for us in a troubling time. He treated us fairly and professionally and got the job done in short time.

From the moment I walked into Andrew's Office, I was prepared to face any outcome. He was transparent and guided me through my case, making explicit efforts to identify which parts of my case did/did not have validity as they related to my severance negotiations. Without a shadow of doubt, I can honestly say that I have never met a more experienced, competent, polite, professional person in my life much less an attorney. In fact, when I needed an attorney with whom to consult, I probably contacted every attorney organization on the web, every list of attorneys from as many sources as I could find and not one attorney would assist me. I contacted at least 75 attorneys and all wanted a a huge retainer for their services which I could not afford at the time. Some of the attorneys that I contacted wanted a $30,000 retainer to take my case. However, the only attorney to call me back, consult with me free of charge, give me an honest opinion on my case, and agree to represent me on a contingency basis was Mr. Dansicker. He worked with me on finances and never once demanded any money from me. He never promised me a win in my case but promised to do the best job he could for me which he did. There is no doubt I would HIGHLY recommend him to all of my family and friends and have nothing but the highest accolades for his assistance and professionalism. I have dealt with many lawyers in the past....some good, some bad. So, I sort of come into the experience with preconceived notions and my own biases. However, I can honestly say that my experience with Andrew Dansicker was absoluutely one of the better experiences. Exceptional experience!!! I had been involved in a horrible and stressful situation at work. Needless to say, I was very distraught and my anxiety was uncontrollable. I had no idea what to do or what direction to go. I felt lost and helpless. Feeling lost, caused me to endure the workplace stress/pain, a lot longer than I had to. My advice, do not just endure the situation and stress. Call immediately, then you will know which direction to go.

As an Employment Law attorney he IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE! He tells you he believes you have a good case and how unfairly you were treated but he adds insult to injury when he says he wants to further review your case for $300.00 which he calls a consultation fee. If you think the case is so good than you wouldn't need $300.00 to convince me or you of it's validity. Looks like he's working for the 1%! What a shame I had to give him any star at all!!!

It's quite rare to find a lawyer that sincerely cares about your best interest. However, Andrew truly resets the stereotype that anyone might have had towards an employment lawyer. He graciously shared his knowledge of the law regarding my circumstances and explained the legal journey before me. This only validated my initial impression of him. Andreas Lundstedt Is A Godsend!!

I contacted Legal Match with an employment issue and was assigned the Law office of Andrew M. Dansicker.
I spoke with Mr Lundstedt (who represented me),a couple times and met just before the hearing.
He was such a blessing. His eloquence and thorough understanding of the issue in such a short time was more than amazing. I see Lawyers on TV and he was flawless.
