Heading into my first criminal case, with 2 felony chargers and a misdemeanor, Worried and confused; Mr. Wolfe made great efforts to put my mind at ease. He maintained good communication with me when most needed and responded to my emails hastily. As well as maintaining communication with the DMJ and DA when necessary. By the end of the process the opposing party originally working against my case had ended up agreeing with getting my charges dropped completely, along side Mr. Wolfe. If it weren’t for the pretty brand new DA working that day I think I would have walked out with nothing in my record. Nevertheless, I walked out with a summary non traffic violation and a good amount of time to pay court fees and fines. More than happy with his work 15/10 recommend.

I was facing two criminal charges at the time i was referred to Nathan , he took over my case and was very responsive and professional throughout. He was very honest and upfront and he returned my calls and emails immediately. This was my first criminal charges so i was rather concerned at how this would affect my security clearance and federal job, he interviewed and got statements on my behalf and did the leg work during the evidence gathering and was able to work out a deal with the district attorney for me to enter the ARD diversionary program. Once i completed the requirements all charges were dismissed and expunged from my records. I am truly thankful to Nathan for all his hard work and dedication to my case, this was a tough time for me but i couldn't of asked for a better conclusion to my case. Thanks Nathan for all you did in assisting me for the best possible outcome at a time that was very concerning to me. Nathan Wolf is a con artist attorney who is only out to rip you off. Recently requests for copies of documents were requested by client, as outlined in his engagement letter, and he said he did not have any documents. This was after supposedly working on a case for months. How could you supposedly do work for months and have ZERO documentation of anything?? Unless you lied about what work you were doing!! Promises to speak to judges, people involved in case, and district attorneys were just propositions for more money. He claims he will do it, but then tells you that you need to pay more first before he will actually do anything, and then still doesn't do it! He was a no show at multiple court dates, does not respond to clients for weeks upon weeks, and misrepresents his affiliations and "friendships" with those in the court system. He is next to the courthouse so that he can pounce on anyone who is desperate for an attorney, but he will not accomplish anything for you. His refusal to send clients their case files is a blatant violation of client rights and his own letter of representation that he gives to clients.

My son’s father Nathaniel Jones was given court appointed atty Stacy Wolf. This review is based on his interaction with her. He has repeatedly requested items in his case from her and she has either ignored his requests or just does not respond to him. He is incarcerated in Cumberland county prison and she has only seen him 2 times since assigned to him in Sept-Oct. He called the office two times and was placed on hold for 17 minutes and then 6 minutes with no response from her. She became upset with him because he refused a plea deal on 1/19 so since that time she has made NO ATTEMPT to communicate with him because he wants to go to trial. She very unprofessional and lacks communication. If he could give her a negative score he would.

Do not use Attorney Stacey Wolf in Carlisle, Pa. I received the worst treatment as a client that I have ever received from any service. When I called Attorney Stacey Wolf’s office for advice on legal matters, I never got a call back. I would wait for weeks and she never called me back. Her job is to give advice but yet she never gave me any advice to my questions.

When I faxed the bank statements, I wanted to get feedback just as to whether the 30-page fax was received, but I never got feedback on whether on not the faxes were received. This was a simple question for the office, “Did you get my 30-page fax?” but no one at the office could get me any feedback as to whether the fax was received.

I never received any correspondence as to whether anything was being done on the estate. How did I know that anything was being done. She could have absconded with the money and how would I have known something being was done?

She does NOT know the rules and the laws of an estate settlement and could not advise me on how to move forward with the estate.

In addition, she gave me inaccurate and sloppy legal documents. Do not use this attorney, she is the worst one ever and will not contact you when you have questions.
