Horrible person inside and out. Mainly sides with women instead of fact checking. Cumberland county has him as a concilator. Big mistake so unjust. First off trying to reach him good luck been trying to contact him since conciliation (2 weeks ago). Never received one call back. Left messages and all. If you have to go the emergency room it dosen t matter to him they will proceed with the conciliation anyway with or without you and then rule in the person who showed up favor. Without even having all the facts. Pure bogus especially when you have someone who is a great parent. The cumberland court loves to push good fathers out their kids lives. They only are thinking about a check. If I could give him no stars I would just a horrible experience. Good luck to who ever is next

I am a practicing Family Law attorney in Cumberland County, PA. In response to the review left by a disgruntled individual, I would like to note the following:

1. Atty. Whare is a great Custody Conference Officer.
2. Atty. Whare is not "unjust".
3. Cumberland County does not love to interfere with the father/child relationship.

Michael Whare handled a legal matter for me a while back and I found him to be accommodating and competent. His follow-through was excellent.
