Just got done with court. Being charged with some pretty serious driving offenses including dui was pretty scary. Not knowing what the impact it could have on my drivers license . after being charged i received a lot of mail from different lawyers. With a quick Google search and Marc Wards office came up. Don't waste your time with anyone else! Marcs prices are very reasonable and fair and he will fight to get you the best outcome. Hopefully i won't have to use his services for a long time but if I need a lawyer. I know who to call. Dui is very serious. Don't go with a public defender. Even if you think you are guilty as hell doesn't mean it's over. For example. DUI case. Did the officer have probable cause to pull to you, did they have reasonable suspicion that you might be under the influence, did they read your implied consent, was the toxilyzer calibrated, was the officer certified to use it, did they follow the proper chain if custody for blood samples etc. There are soo many defenses only an experienced law firm such as Marcs can do and do a very good job. Officers make mistakes just like any people. Im not trying to bore anyone with this post. But seeing how i had a friend with the same charge get 18 supervised probation and 12 points. He is spending more money on insurance rate hikes and probabtion fee than if he would have use Marcs Firm. He used a public defender and got SCREWED. So long story short.. Call Marc. Just trust me.

I choose Attorney Ward based on his online reviews and I must say that he lived up to his reputation plus more. I had three pretty serious traffic violations but during our initial phone call he assured me that he could take care of this. At this time the court date was about a week ago but that did not matter. Marc did as promised and not only took care of the issue but did so with results that I did not think were possible. I wish I could give this office 100 stars. I had a very complex traffic case and was appointed a public defender who didn't have my best interest at heart and I was facing jail time.
