Most of us have very busy and demanding lives. Being involved in an accident and dealing with an injury, doctor’s appointments, car repairs, etc. causes a lot of lost time from normal activities and a great deal of stress. I was referred to Portner & Shure, but was wary that filing a personal injury claim would take more of my time and create additional stress. I’m happy to say, this was not the case. I met with Jennifer Sauer, paralegal for Portner & Shure, for my initial consultation. Jennifer clearly and concisely explained the process during the visit. Then, she handled everything from there! Jennifer kept me updated regularly until a settlement was reached. I was able to leave the process up to the experts and was fairly compensated for my losses. Years ago when I called this lawyer, a very old lawyer answered my phone which made me very angry.
The st. Joseph hospital gave my wife a wrong diagnosis for the fetus and told us my baby has a brain disease, and after we found a second opinion from JHU, who told us nothing wrong at all. Finally the
JHU is correct, but due to the wrong diagnosis which cost us a lot of time and money to do many unnecessary test like MRI. And the operator in st. Joseph also put heavy hands on the pregnant woman' stomach which may cause some skin damage of the baby. When I called this lawyer company, the lawyer told me nobody should apologize to me and I cannot get any compensation with very very rude attitude.
Later he even called my current doctor and said bad words about my family.
I do not recommend this lawyer company at all.
