This is the worst possible lawyer you can hire. I got a DUI over a year and a half ago and am still paying for it due to his negligence. I was told to complete a alcohol safety course and in his words "anywhere is fine." I took it in West Virginia as he suggested. A year later I am told my license is now revoked. When I called this lawyer who told me my case was "over" he said it's not his problem and to contact a Virginia lawyer (I am a Virginia resident). Today I am being told I need to re do the alcohol safety course in Virginia because it doesn't count in West Virginia. Thanks to his consult I am paying for this DUI twice through. Not only that but I now have a revoked license and more points on it. Awful awful lawyer. If I wasn't spending all my savings on getting my license back and court fees due to his negligence I would sue him. Do not hire. Should be retired.
