Called the office to get some information. The staff was very nice. She took my information and said she would have the lawyer call me. Well 5 days went by and no return call. So I phoned again again the staff was very nice and said the lawyer was on another line and she would let them know to call . Well another 2 almost two weeks went by. Again I phoned a 3rd time and for a 3rd time was told they would let the lawyer know i had phoned only this time the staff was some what rude sayi ng "you have called before" I mean if they did not think they could help they could have at least told me that. THEY COULD HAVE SAID I AM SORRY BUT THE LAWYER HAS LOOKED OVER THE INFORMATION YOU GAVE US AND FEELS THEY CAN NOT HELP. BUT NO THEY JUST KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. NOt a good experience with this Law group.To date it has been about a month since my first call.

Wow! I'm calling around to find a law firm who can do a will for us. Every one I have called so far has been very friendly. I called this firm and asked if they do wills and the lady said "that will be Logan Burke, let me transfer you to the secretary" and she did. I got a Voice Mail so I called back. I told her I got a Voice Mail but I just wanted to ask a quick question. Instead of asking what my question was to see if someone else could help me, she cut me off and said, "didn't it ask for your name and number?" I said, "it did, but I wanted to see if someone else could answer the question". Again, she cut me off and rudely said "that's your only choice!". Um, no, that's not my only choice, I can and will call back one of the firms that were respectful.
