My husband was seriously injured in an automobile accident. We were referred by many friends to multiple attorneys which we considered. Louise was one of them. The others made grandiose promises but were condescending and unavailable to answer questions when I needed serious immediate direction about his care. Choosing Louise was obviously the correct decision. She was realistic but optimistic...a bulldog with insurance companies but kind and considerate to us. She saw our immediate challenges and did whatever she could to alleviate them. She and her staff drove 20 minutes each time we needed to meet in person so I could focus on my husband and my business. When I texted or called her she was available immediately. We were surprised and pleased with the outcome and we would recommend her highly to others.
