He was very helpful at the beginning consulting process and consulting (Real Estate). He failed to follow up with me as my case wasn't a priority. Getting on the phone with him became difficult. He avoids confrontation both with his client and his case. Knowledgeable on the subject but the avoidance piece is why I would give Dan Fouss 1 star.
