Had a fantastic experience. Really put my mind at ease and made this experience as stress free as possible. I had gone to another bankruptcy attorney in Lancaster and they wanted a bunch of money upfront and told me to let creditors take my car and just "buy another". I didn't even have enough to pay her lut alone get a new car. Wendi however, understood that I was going bankrupt & allowed payments to be made. She got me a deal on my debt consolidation loan my car was tied up to and I even get to keep my car.

Other things she clarified for me was where I'd have to go for court and explained the mandatory "credit counseling" class. The class is basically an online site wherein you watch some videos to break down what will happen. The class is a mandatory thing. It's only $14.95 for the pre file class and like $9.99 for the post bankruptcy class. Depending on your household income you can get that money back too.

While I'm making payments I just refer creditors to them and no more collection calls, letters or harassment. Before I went to Wendi I didn't think I could afford bankruptcy & had no help, after I realized it's best to shop around for quotes even with lawyers. I'm gonna make this easy for everyone, go to Wendi first and save yourself the trouble because she's good at what she does, cheap and will make things as easy as possible for you.
