Was looking for an attorney close to home and found James Dye. I found him online and he had some great reviews on one website and some not so favorable reviews on Google. I needed immediate help and chose to take a chance. I'm really glad I did. Not only did he go above and beyond for me, he also helped my parents after my dad was in a car accident. I'm not sure what happened with the other people who gave a review, but my experience was the complete opposite of theirs. I can honestly say that I will not hesitate to call him again if I ever need an attorney.

If there was an opportunity to click no stars I would. He’s an extremely lazy piece of work. He charged me for 5 hours of work when he put 3 sentences down on an affidavit. This lost a very important part of my case, and put us in a position to lose it all. I switched lawyers before giving him the chance to screw up my appeal. He waits to the last second to file anything at all, and what he does file is half assed at best. If you case is important I wouldn’t entrust it to him. He’s not capable.

He wrote a trust for my father in law that was somewhat beneficial but really not. He didn't follow through with transferring the deed on the home to have it read correct ownership so over a year later we are dealing with it still. He is very hard to reach and doesn't follow through on work promised. Don't waste your money. Find a good lawyer willing to help you after your loved one passes because he won't!
