I hired Mr. Jump while in a desperate situation. I will not drag the firm, but I will say I wish I had done my research. I proceeded even after reading the negative reviews, hoping that my experience would not be bad. Communication was lacking. The initial meeting was uninformative, and apparently they never filed, even after I was told that by filing the garnishments would stop. Today, I had to hire a new attorney and I was given grief by Danielle at Jump Legal upon confirming that I no longer wanted to work with them. She was sure to let me know that I will not be refunded the filing fee and that extra fees would be assessed. Not being one for confrontation, I kindly thanked her and ended the call. I would also like to mention that I had been calling and e-mailing Karen, Mr. Jump's paralegal, all morning.
In short, I should have gone with my gut. Try contacting the Bar Association before jumping into a client-attorney relationship. Be sure to read the reviews!

Mark is the consummate professional. I have personally sought his advice on legal issues where he is an expert, have worked with him as co-counsel, and have engaged with him as an adversary. He is a great lawyer.

Very disappointed with this firm. Paid for my bankruptcy up front and in full. Its been over a year back and forth still have not had the bankruptcy filed. After I met with Mark Jump initially and paid for the service I never had another in person meeting everything was by email waiting weeks at a time for a response. When I requested a refund I was told that "they spent a lot of time on my case and there was nothing left to refund." The fees I paid included filing and representation until the conclusion of my bankruptcy. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

After my free consultation with Danielle, I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. She was caring, knowledgeable and very professional. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. I have made the right decision in choosing her and JumpLegal to represent me.

I don't believe there are too many positive things to say about a bankruptcy, but Jump Legal was typically quick to respond to my questions and they were always polite and professional. Karen often responded within 10 minutes of an email by phone and email to make sure I got the answer I was looking for at the time. I don't recommend a bankruptcy, but if you ever have to go through it, I would recommend using Jump Legal.

Horrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would. Everything was going fine with my chapter 13 then did a conversion to a 7 only to find out they screwed up and I had to file a separate chapter 7 instead of a joint one with my wife. Because of their negligence I had to give them more money and now I have two bankruptcies on my credit report. I called and sent many emails to get explanation and got nothing. Only when we advised them that we would report them to BBB, then I finally got an explanation as to why I have two bankruptcies on my credit report. Thanks jump legal for making my credit even worse when I was seeking help to correct it.

If I could give this firm a 0 star I would. At first I really thought they cared and were doing their job, but over the course of 2 years we realized this is not the case. Our case fell behind and we were told everything was ok, after arguing with them to check into it. Then we didn't hear anything for almost a year when we received papers that our case was being dismissed! We contacted them via phone with no return. Emailed ALL of the agents that we have had any contact with and Finally received a response. Their response was just "Give us more money" (basically), while never apologizing for not letting us know that anything was amiss.

The people at jump legal group are amazing! I filled chapter 7 bankruptcy i had alot of questions and concerns before and after filling they answered all my questions usually within an hour and if not i never had to wait more then a day. I am very happy i went to jump legal to help me during a stressful time in my life if your looking for someone to help you file bankruptcy or anything else look no further then jump legal.

I had the most amazing experience with the attorneys at Jump Legal. If that is even a way to start this off b/c no one wants to be going through a bankruptcy. I started off with Mark and he got us started on the path to our new future. Once everything got started we were introduced to Danielle and she has been AMAZING throughout this whole experience.
