Sheila engaged in what amounted to a conflict of interest when she represented me and my partner when we inquired about a trust, and later acted against me on behalf of my partner when my partner and I were splitting. My then-partner and I were both present at her office when we made the trust inquiry. Sheila billed my partner for the visit, as we were not legally married and Sheila had worked with my partner in the past. Regardless, my partner and I were both present in her office and communicated that we, as a couple, were interested in a trust. Whether or not Sheila's later acting against me was a conflict of interest in a strict legal sense, it certainly appeared and felt that way. I believe she should have considered me a client and referred my partner to a divorce attorney. Her approach felt low-class, low-level, imprudent and sloppy.

I wanted to follow up with you regarding your review - I have had a professional relationship with the attorneys at this firm for a couple of years, and can assure you that strict protocols are followed regarding client privacy. Given the sensitivity of the information that is handled at the firm, there is a system of controls and checks & balances behind the scenes that is in place to prevent information breaches. The system of controls is deliberately not made aware to the interns to ensure that the system is not compromised, so just because you cannot see the security controls does not mean that they are not there. Additionally, extensive background checks are conducted before offers are given for the internship. With regards to your remark about the demographic makeup of the intern class, there is indeed a diverse group of people working at the firm - I myself am an American and have worked with people from many backgrounds. The firm's commitment to diversity and inclusion sets it apart from other firms. Clark & Lowe remains committed to high quality legal and tax services, and I can attest that client privacy is, and will always be, a top priority.

They hire bunch of unprofessional international students to work on your tax stuff. Imagine your tax related information being exposed to a group of intern that don’t sign any formal working agreement. Avoid if you can.

I arrived 5 mins before my appointment and they still kept me waiting about 50 mins passed my appointment. Only for me to drop a piece of paper. A week later and I still haven't heard from that office yet. I think I will look for another attorney's service after my living will gets updated.

Ms. Clark is an attentive, reliable attorney. She carefully explains information and clarifies if needed. I would highly recommend her.

I contracted this firm to resolve some credit report issues that the data furnisher had refused to correct. Initially David Lowe quoted a lot of experience on this type of issue and was enthusiastic about correcting the problem, but as the months went by, it was clear they had no clue, requiring engagement of a third party expert that failed to deliver anything tangible. After a year and $3000, this firm achieved nothing - waiting for each billing period before sending out some benign, meaningless letter to the bank involved. I cut them free and re-hired a new attorney - my problem was fixed in less than 2 weeks with compensation included.
I should never have wasted my time with Clark & Lowe, they're clearly inexperienced and promote services beyond their competence.
I agree with the previous posts on the internet - give these guys a wide berth and go elsewhere.

Have had several experiences with David and they have been good ones. Solid advice and help that worked.
