Worked with him in 1990 under Hyatt Legal Services. Uses Hyatt forms and PC software to universally draft paperwork. Not all cases are uniform though. I moved on in such a hurry went to legal defense then headed my own office after Roger Crombie from Hyatt was called in by Tony to fire me. Then they failed to pay for a upper GI bill they promised to and was insurance approved prior. If I had the time I'd sue them but Hyatt went out of business, imagine that. Contact the court and ask any secretary who the good local attorneys are. Tony failed the bar 3 times but finally passed. Good luck, just get recommendations next time.

I've had this lawyer for the past 3 years now and let me just paint a picture of how utterly useless this guy is.

He let family members steal items from the estate, forgot to pay the funeral bill for 3 years resulting in a $4000 late charge, never returns phone calls, always forgets to do what you ask him to do with the estate.

I've contacted another attorney to file suit against this lawyer for malpractice due to the thousands of dollars this lawyer has lost my families estate.

If you expect to get a good lawyer with Anthony Kohler you are poorly informed and need to immediately seek council elsewhere.

The guy loves to hear himself talk as well. He really just won't shut up long enough to ask him a question in most conversations.

Again BE WARNED!!! This attorney works for his own pocket and could care less if you walk away pennyless.
