My fiance currently works here. They are hiring constantly but always leave adecco temp agency in the dark. I have been waiting for two weeks to start my training so it seems like they are lacking on management eventhough they need more people as they claim. If you post or have ads for employment posted atleast be professional enough to keep up with the agencies you use on a regualr basis. GCG/Epiq is suppose to be relocating very soon which means they will need alot more new employees because majority will not be able to travel to the new location. So far this company is very unprofessional and lacking responsibility on their own behalf.... Sad

This was the worse company to work for.Literally, you have to jump through hoops to keep their jobs. It was horrible to see people lose their jobs over stupid things. They made you read from a script and if you don't read verbatim you were out.

NEVER work for this company .. they waste your time and money. They literally hire you to fire you days later without even telling you. You have to show up to find out because they closed an assignment.

Wells Fargo Settlement Check for $7.28. Wells Fargo has been cheating me for 30 years and you GCG have the nerve to send me $7.35 ! I don't know who is the bigger thief, the GCG attorneys or Wells Fargo Bank? Take your $7.35 and shove it !

They fired me because I burped in class and the whole class started laughing i said excuse me it was unintentional an hour later they say I was a disruptive nodding in training and too loud reading off the PowerPoint as a group garden city group epiq whatever they call it and Dawson can suck it slow. I should've farted they would've said that's a bomb treat

Shame on you and wells fargo inspection settlement, I refi my house then fall behind because of divorce. I paid over 1000 dollars for inspections and had to refi again and roll inspection fees into my new loan and my settlement is 9.96 . Ridiculous and upsetting

Fired for emails that I supposedly sent while I was out on vacation. Yeah how's that happen. They fire people for either nothing or for one little mistake.

No job stability, you can literally make one mistake and will be escorted off the property. Asked to see original signed documents regarding cell phone policy and they called the cops. Not willing to be intimidated, I sat patiently until both the requested paperwork and police arrived. I then asked for my immediate supervisor Harold to show me the clause regarding the use of cell phones. However, he was unable to find such a clause and began to get even more upset. Once I left the building I was followed by the security guard who proceeded to pull a knife on me. I reported this to the officer on scene and because he didn't directly see it happen, the guard was not held accountable. Stay away from this place, the turn over rate is extremely high and the job itself is more than boring.

New here, it seems like a decent job. The pay is good.. The verdict is still out though.

I would not recommend GCG company to anyone because they the true meaning of "Ugly Side of the Capitalism". They mass hire and Mass fire. They hired me for Translator job for a 6 month contract and I left my previous job for this because they paid me about $7 more per hour than I was making before. They did not provide proper training of translating very difficult documents from Russian To English, and fired me after two weeks because I did not do well on filling out claims. This company does not care about people, they will fire people as they please. I was never late getting to work or on my breaks and lunches. I would stay away from this Company and would not quit your job to take this contract job.
