Diane Minashe was my attorney for a 2019 case I had. Other reviews talk about the way she talks to people and yes it does come across as being talked down to but just because someone doesn't have good bedside manners (I probably wouldn't either if dealing with hardened criminals all day everyday) doesn't mean they aren't good at their job. She got my case (2 felony charges) dropped to a single misdemeanor and the only thing I had to do was pay a small fine. No jail time, probation, nothing! So don't think just because of the way she might talk to you on the phone that she isn't going to make sure you get the best possible outcome. She is an effective attorney and if the courts assign her to you, be thankful. If you're looking for an attorney to hire she's worth paying for! I wanted to share my experience because too many people are hung up on the way she speaks but I'd rather it be that than have some super friendly attorney who doesn't try for the best deal possible

I gave one star because I had to, I would rate this lady negative stars if I could. She is my boyfriends court appointed attorney and talking to her, you would think she was the prosecutor. She definitely isn't about her clients best interest. You're Fired.

I contacted Diane looking for information on a family members case. The very first thing she said is "Well I don't update family members on cases. Could you imagine?" She proceeded to talk down to me in a condescending tone. She told me another case was priority at the moment and she would see my family member in jail when she made time to. It was extremely obvious that I was bothering her and how dare I call and ask for her help. It shows to me how little her clients mean to her. I certainly hope she is a better lawyer than that and I caught her on a bad moment.
