Sharon is very unprofessional and unable to answer basic questions. I was informed that they are contingency based for personal injury, they sent me a contract stating such, and called incessantly for me to sign it. That was my first red flag. When I spoke to the lawyer he asked me all the same questions as his assistant Sharon had and did not provide me with any course of action. His assistant Sharon called to follow up and still did not have a plan of action, however she now was saying there was a set amount of money I would have to pay upfront. This was not stated in the contract and I expressed my concern regarding the direct conflict with the contract they provided. Sharon then started stumbling over her words like a scam solicitor that has just been called out. I again expressed concern with the lack of clarity and competence regarding the direction of the case. She was very unprofessional in reply. I would never recommend them. I don't know if she used to be a customer service agent with AT&T but that's what the interaction reminded me of. Not the type of person I would want representing my business, and I'm lucky I do not have them representing my case.

We hired this lawyer to process our dv lottery which was very time sensitive. However, this lawyer ended up sending our papers to the wrong USCIS office before he went on a vacation, which ended being one of the crucial reasons as to why our case lost. I cannot comment on his expertise with regards to other types of cases he handles; however, when it comes to immigration i would say avoid this individual unless you want a one way trip back to your home country....

If he is anything, he is not an immigration lawyer at all! We lost our case because of his lack of knowledge about current laws and filing papers. Our case is a very time sensitive and all our paperwork needed to be filed within a certain timeframe. However, he filed our paperwork to the wrong location and and he went on vacation!! He didn’t follow up our case and as a result we lost it. I really regret working with him and trusting him with our case.
