Honestly- he was a better attorney than he lead me on to believe, which is my reason for two stars. I was disappointed with an outcome of a hearing and the reason for this was because he left me in the dark about a lot of communications that were happening behind the scenes and also failed to explain things in layman’s terms. It’s a difficult situation to be in a family court setting and not understanding what is happening. If Gary would’ve been better about communicating he would’ve been a much better attorney. After I ended with the disappointment, searching and consulting w/ another attorney and this attorney spoke to Gary- he immediately decided he couldn’t take my case. Which is why I am fairly certain that bad mouthing me as a client took place. (Another reason for my 2star) after finally finding an attorney willing to explain things in layman’s terms and personally getting my file back from Gary, (to which he charged me to send) is when I was able to see additional work that had been done on my case, without my knowledge. If you know enough about the workings of the court room and don’t need your hand held so to say- he’ll be decent for you. However if you require layman’s terms, trust, you’re emotionally invested in your case and a repore built with an attorney- search elsewhere.
