They clearly do not deserve 33.3% of my settlement.

Poor communication with me. Took MONTHS to answer my questions and did not call me back when they said they would. Attorneys came unprepared to hearings. One attorney told me one thing and current attorney says this was never discussed. Waste of my time . Attorneys did not care about my issues and treated me like I was wasting their time. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend to anyone unless you like being treated in a condescending manner.

This is a review from William and Tammy Evans....we actually started using their services for my husbands work injury they helped us and we were pleased in the beginning once we received our settlement they offered to help on another case when my husband William went in to sign paperwork, pretty much they made a lot of promises without giving us the fine print on things. At the time of us signing paperwork to help on this new case we were told they would only get paid if we got a settlement. Well during the case in question Matt was pleasant other than the fact that we were the ones to constantly make calls to the Dr and BWC and to this law office. We did a lot of this foot work our selves which is ok because we wanted it handled quickly. Again they said they only got paid if we got a SETTLEMENT well we went to court and we were not granted a settlement we were granted our back pay from BWC. Perfect we left court happy and pleased! Then we find out this law office has decided it is a settlement (which again it was back pay not a settlement) we understand that they need to be compensated fully but at the beginning of this new case they kept reassuring us that they wanted to help mind you my husband has been out of work for months we have been struggling as a family borrowing money going into debt just to survive and keep a roof over our heads. So we call and request if possibly they would consider to reduce their fee because we are hurting and they kept telling us they wanted to help and wanted to make sure we were taken care of! Well when we called Robin was completely rude and told us no they were going to be paid one way or another. The way this entire situation has transpired we feel wronged and hurt and that we have been taken advantage of! Robin was so rude to us it almost felt as a personal attack which in my opinion is completely wrong for a company to do who claims they want to help! Especially when a family is truly hurting and didn't ask for free services we just asked for some help as we were promised at the beginning of this entire thing! Again we want to make it known that Matt was good it was Robin who made us feel so scorned by them. If you do buisness with them just go over every piece of paperwork you sign do not let them speed the process up by highlighting what you are signing read every word and know what services you are truly getting!

I cannot get no one to call me back in the Columbus office was going good then I called one day and never received a call back

I'm tired of calling and hearing the same question I understand people get busy but all day every day you work for me I'm paying you to represent me and I'm very disappointed.. I will be contacting another law firm that specializes in the same area I needed you guys for.

Very nice dog park. Could use some more area for big dogs to run around in. Nice benches for owners to sit around on.

Small dog area was very friendly, big dog area not so much.
