After the consultation, he provided us with his flat fee schedule and my husband and I decided that we would move forward with having him prepare our Estate Planning Documents. His Estate Planning process includes several meetings to be sure all information needed is gathered appropriately, and he is very thorough and patient in explaining each step to be sure all details are in order. Once we received our draft of the documents, he was willing and ready to answer all questions and review any of the otherwise dry and always confusing "legal jargon" that is part of such documents!
