I just started with them. They have been calling me and keeping me informed. My disability advocate let me go because she is retiring. She didn't see that I could go to appeal council. I have been denied three times. I hope that they can help me win my case. They have taken my case and told me that they can help me.

I had them as my attorney for my second time trying for disability, as my first attorney didn’t do her job.

They were ALWAYS in contact with me. Even when I was depressed and thought the process would never be over, they were in contact requesting any new information, etc. After 7 years I was and their representation at my second hearing, I was finally approved. This lawyer firm is not been to good to my Pammy.. this place lost her paperwork kept her in the dark and dragged her claims out so much we couldn't save her. She died in 2016 in February from complications from cancer treatments and heart attack because the judge they have looking over claims kept denying her saying she wasn't sick enough for a disabled claim,,. Well now's she is Dead. Died at Dayton hospital February 12,2016 at the young age of 59 years

They will not fight for you my lawyer didn't even turn my paperwork to the judge on time and it postponed my decision!

I will say name is confidential for security purposes. But this office is HORRIBLE. They went to court with no supporting evidence on my case and failed to let me know that! I easily obtained the info they needed. They are careless and work for dissability judges. Do NOT trust this office! You have a better chance representing yourself. They are not someone i would ever hire again. They also pass your case around to different people within the firm and nobody knows anything. ****CAUTION****

They are on top of everything and stay on top of everything. All I had to think about was making it to my Dr. appointments. They took care of everything. I can't say enough good things about them. If I could change one thing...I guess it would be parking, but that is an issue everywhere down there, not just their office. I rate them an A+ 100% in all areas of their practice from beginning to end.

Mr Farrell took time to not only explain the process but gave us good advice on getting an income flowing in while we are waiting on Ssi And veterens disability. Three times my husband has been denied from the va without being seen for the things he claimed.we are now waiting on ssi then will revisit va disability.Mr Farrell is very Knowledgeable on the process we have high hopes we will finally get somewhere.dont park in the lot next to the office but find a meter

Really great service and food bur they do have a fly issue. Had 3 flies dive bombing into my food. Was laughed at when I brought it to their attention.

He's a good lawyer to have for your SSdI case

I've been fighting with Social Security for disability. I was referred here by a friend to have someone at this office represent me at my state hearing. I dropped off all of my medical records and paperwork for them to see if I had a decent chance of winning my case. They called me back several days later and told me they couldn't do it because no one would be available on the date of my hearing. Also because I spoke with someone a few months before and said I would have a disc with all my information sent to them. I requested that disc from Social Security at least 6 times before they finally sent it to me. I was told that because it took so long to get the disc to them I was denied representation. Apparently they don't care. I could have the date postponed, but they didn't even give me the option.

The only fight they are adamant about is the fight for what's put in their wallet. No advocacy. They do not provide all relevant information and will end up costing you more in the long run than they are worth. Find a better lawyer with a proven track record; one who will fight for you.

I am a client have been a client for a while and the attorneys that I have helping me on my case have been very pleasant, helpful, and keeping me in the loop about my case.

The attitude of this office is the reason why so many Veterans end up committing suicide! Rather than listen to what a Veteran has to say, your attorney simply demanded information and then refused to help in any manner. It was extremely shameful the way this attorney spoke to my father when he was only trying to ask for help. I am disgusted and disappointed with this office! I certainly hope other Veterans are not treated this way.
