I am glad is over, I just got this icky feeling of been talk down, like they are doing you a big favor, not very helpful, or polite.
Front desk is rude, paralegal had so much to do that make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I felt my case was just no important enough for them. You don't get updates unless you call.
