Robert Brown LLC is responsive and friendly to work with. We (my partner and I) worked with Attorney Erin Brown and she is great! Her presence for our green card interview definitely calmed our nerves and boosted our confidence. I appreciate her traveling all the way to Columbus, Ohio for our interview. The only one thing it could be improved is the machine filling of documents. There're some mistakes earlier on due to errors from the machine. But we caught the mistakes and there was not any issues since then. Plus, it is not any staff's mistakes, but the machines (we humans are still smarter so far). I was a bit wary of seeking legal representation from just about any attorney for my Citizenship interview. But then happened to come across profile, high reviews and recommendations for Rishi, so decided to speak to him.
While discussing my case with him, I decided to retain him and requested if he could represent me in my immigration matters. My interview was the very next day and when I mentioned this to Rishi, he understood the gravity of my situation and instantly offered to change his schedule asking if I wanted him to accompany him to my interview.
I couldn't have been more fortunate and agreed. I'd some complexity in my case so his handling my case was God sent.

Next day, on day of my interview, he met me inside USCIS field office and guided me on my case specifics. Once called in by USCIS interviewer, Rishi accompanied me. Where necessary he answered the Immigration officer and elsewhere allowed me to respond.
At the end of interview, I was told that I'd cleared the interview (All credit to Mr. Rishi) and am awaiting my Oath ceremony. I found him to very knowledgeable in immigration matters along with a very friendly disposition.

I highly recommend him and his legal firm and would seek his counsel if/when needed.

When my fiancé and I decided to get married we determined he would move here from the UK to Ohio. Neither us nor our families had ever dealt with US Immigration before his move so we thought the best path forward would be to hire an immigration lawyer. While our case was simple and straight forward, reading through everything the government requires was overwhelming and quite honestly, intimidating. We spent hours researching law firms and sending emails to potential attorneys. During our research we kept seeing glowing reviews for Rishi Oza and we knew we had to reach out to him.

Rishi set himself apart from all other lawyers from our very first contact. When we wrote out to potential lawyers, we asked them the same list of questions – to get opinions and to see how willing they were to help. We received several responses stating the best way to help would either be by meeting in person or over the phone and we just weren’t ready for that. And then we received Rishi’s email - four paragraphs of the most helpful information and an offer for an hour-long free consultation where he would answer all our questions – whether we hired him or not, whenever we were ready, no pressure, no commitment.

She was meticulous in putting our case together and making sure we provided all the necessary documentation. We could NOT have gotten through this process without her.

We contracted with Rishi and team in January of 2018 and here we sit, less than two years later, not only is my husband here with me, we’ve just completed our Adjustment of Status interview and are on our way to having green card in hand! They’ve made our process simple, stress free and helped it move along as fast as our government would allow.

The most amazing part of all is that Rishi and Marta did all of this through phone calls and email. They are not located in Ohio, but that didn’t hinder any part of the process. After researching immigration attorneys within my area, we decided to contact the immigration law firm, Robert Brown LLC first, and I'm sure glad we did, because from our first consultation with Attorney Kathryn Russell, to a very good ending, it was all made as painless as possible with her as our attorney. She was very professional, upfront and honest, while also being very attentive and informative to any of our questions/concerns throughout the entire process. Also, I would imagine that most immigration cases are inherently stressful for the client, so the fact that she was always positive and optimistic, while being calm and grounded, (especially on the day of our interview), gave us the courage and attitude to also remain calm. For this, we give her, (and the other associates we worked with within the law firm), our complete appreciation and will remain forever grateful.
