Tammy did a good job on my case and Melissa did a good job on my son's case. They go by last names when assigning case managers. My son has a different last name then me. Overall, excellent service, excellent results! I will recommend Kevin's firm to my friends and family!

We are using the law office of Kevin Kurgis to deal with an auto accident my husband was involved in and so far so good. They have taken care of everything with the at fault persons insurance and are very nice and professional. Initially, they even came to us for the consultation and to sign papers.

Not recommended. Cancelled my claim after I signed all the paperwork and waited 2 months with no word, never told me why they cancelled. Would not answer the phone when I called and did not respond to emails. Stay away from this lawyer.

In fact I had to use my own money and get another title after already sending one in . Just because someone advertises on tv and has the resources to do it doesn’t mean they Care about your loss. It’s a mill . No I’m not happy I did my research afterwards and could of had more in my pocket with another lawyer . Also when I called the lawyer Nick out on his bs I received an email stating an hour later he was gone out of the office . Cut the bs nobody is that stupid . # how do people sleep . I've been a six time client of Kevin Kurgis. I would never hire any other attorney in Ohio to handle accident injury cases. If you need lawyer after being injured, then Kevin Kurgis is the right lawyer for you. He works fast and gets the most money out of insurance companies as he can, because like he says, he makes more money he can get his clients so he fights hard. Also I've worked with his 2nd in command Michele now over at his office for all my cases and she is excellent.

My experience? They almost never returned phone calls or responded to important questions in emails. My inquiries were about doctors pressing me for payment, things of that nature. They never informed me of where they were in the process. Were they even talking to the other guy's insurance company? The only time I got good response was toward the end of the 2-year period when it was almost too late to file suit. They were trying to wrap things up so they kept the communications going. Considering the pain I endured for several weeks from cracked ribs, the settlement wasn't that great. Whenever I see their ad on TV, I wonder why they are advertising for more business when they can't give good service to the clients they do have.

I've hired Kevin for all my injury accidents going back twenty years. He always comes through with a great settlement on my cases. Also shout out to Michele Whitt who always works with me as my case manager. Happy Holidays gang!

Nick English, one of the attorneys at their office, was very professional and succeeded in getting me what I think is a very fair settlement for my pain and suffering after my accident. Not only did Nick make sure all my medical bills were paid (and he encouraged me to take as long as I needed to get better, he did not rush me), he got me quite a bit of money on top to go in my pocket. Name is Lorenzo Lampkins, first of all rest in peace Rick, I have 2 pending cases with Kevin kurgis Law Firm I have a lot to say in this review about my experience with this Law Firm, first of all this is my first time being involved with personal injury lawyer so I did not know what to expect if you are involved in an accident when it comes to getting your car fixed do not go to a preferred repair shop the insurance company, they will do the minimum they can to save the insurance company money and get you out the door at the same time so make sure you find your own repair shop, before I got in these two accidents I had a nice 2011 Chevy Silverado, let's just say I did used to have a nice truck, now as far as the personal injury part remember choice is the key you have the choice to choose whoever you want as your personal injury lawyer but finding the right lawyer is hard I chose Kevin kurgis office because of the commercials you read all the five star review saying nice people always available, easy to talk to, now I believe all this to be true when you get a chance to talk to them and that's the key, I don't even read the one star reviews those people are just angry, the truth is somewhere in the middle so you read the 5 Star reviews and you wonder why you can't have the same relationship, whats so special about those people because I get no updates at all about my case I believe that they do have your best interest at heart, I believe that they probably have too much on her plate sometime but I also believe that they know when they have not talked to you in 3 or 4 months and to get a call out the blue just to say we have not forgotten about you we're still on the case would go a long way, I'm not saying use Kevin kurgis office because they are better and I'm not saying don't use them because they worse I'm just saying have realistic expectations you are not going to have a chance of receiving any compensation until your treatment is complete no matter how long it takes, from this day on I have made up my mind and I'm not going to worry about this anymore and get on with my life it can consume you to the point where you're always angry and wondering why you don't hear from anybody with at least an update from time to time, I don't think you would do any better by going to someone other than Kevin kurgis I believe that this is just the makeup of all personal injury lawyers
