Had my f2 case thrown out , mr siewert is very aggresive and dont take no for an answer , all my friends and i use him and are never displeased.

Michael Siewert represented my wife in a traffic case in January 2016 and it was a mistake. He was unprofessional and absolutely horrible. The other driver involved in the accident didn’t have a license, insurance, and had been in an accident a week prior but Michael failed to do his research and look her up on Public Records.
When the judge called my wife’s case, Michael just stood there because he forget who my wife was. It was embarrassing and I do not recommend him as a lawyer. The state dropped the balled giving this guy a license to practice. Michael didn’t put up the slightest of arguments for my wife and she was found guilty immediately.

Mr Gjostien had been my children guardian at litem since June of 2016. Since then my children have been documented on numerous occasions covered in brusies, had several accidents that Mr. Gjostein did not seek medical treatment for my children for those accidents. There has been 25 abuse complaints called into children services regarding the care of both my children that Mr. Gjostein did not investigate. He has been extremely un corroperating regarding appointments and does not show up to them. He had denied medical and mental health care for both my children and has recieved 10 contempts of courts filed against him in this matter. He is extremely dangerous to my children and should have law license revoked and serve jail time for the horrible conditions my children have been in since Aug 1st 2016.

Mr. Gjostein served as GAL for my children in a Family Court matter. He is extremely hands-on, observant, and truly takes his appointment as their counsel seriously. While we may not agree on everything, and he would benefit to listen to ALL sides of the case in an effort to remain fair and unbiased, I know that he really does have their best interest at heart.
