Don't get me wrong, going through a divorce is not good. However, Jack made the process a lot less stressful. He kept me updated every step of the way, I wasn't just a number or another client. When I had questions, he responded. Whether I emailed, text, called his office or his cell phone, he always got back to me. I'm sure some of my questions, some of my worries, were probably very routine for him and silly at times, but he never ever made me feel as if I was less important.

He has a fixed cost approach, meaning I paid a specified fee to help me through my divorce. I didn't have to worry that every call was going to be billed to me, and knowing I didn't have to worry about additional legal fees, and that was a great stress reliever as well!

My case began in May of 2017 and ended in August of 2019. Due to the complexity of the case, divorce and bankruptcy, much waiting and patience was required. The case was also difficult because of poor cooperation with the opposing counsel which forced Jack to often do the work of two attorneys. Multiple attempts were made by Jack to reach a settlement during the process but a lack of response by opposing counsel rendered them null and void. My divorce was not your typical run in the park divorce. My ex-husband was very clever in putting a business and bills in my name to make me to look like the bread-winner, so that he could get spousal support and child support from me. Needless to say I am not sure how things would have turned out had we went through the courts to finalize the divorce, because we ended up settling. I took a settlement deal that no woman would have taken in the right state of mind. In the end of the day all I cared about was my children's happiness. I also wanted my ex-husband to be happy with the woman he left me for. I took on all the marital debt and set him free with the things he took and the things he wanted to keep. Jack was very professional in the court room. There was not much he had to do in lieu of the divorce. He was the second attorney on my case, and he spent time trying to siphon through what was initially filed. He had me spend a ton of time on paperwork and responses.
