If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. Not only do they have trouble keeping promises they make to clients about handling things in a timely manner, they also like to screw their clients out of a paycheck. 2 weeks ago I was promised my monthly withdrawal wouldn’t be coming out due to me having surgery and not getting paid for a week but he didn’t no file it until today. So now what am I supposed to be able to do without a paycheck at all. Hints why it was supposed to be modified that no money would be taken out this month yet it did.

Let me just say if you are ready to do your own work, don't mind no communication this place is for you. On my third attorney since I started my chapter 13. The day I went to court my attorney then never came to court. I was never notified she wasn't coming. The guy that came for her came after I was supposed to be in court. I call, I email. I get nothing. This has been a terrible process. I went to court first of July. As of last I did talk to my attorney my case has not been confirmed. So good luck to you.

I can't find my previous review to edit it, but I had a series of bad experiences at the beginning of my process of filing Ch 13 Bankruptcy w/ Amourgis. My review detailed issues contacting my attorney and having something happened to my original attorney where she left the practice and I wasn't told until I requested a meeting with her and her paralegal (Toni is her name I believe - and she is absolutely wonderful and helpful, I've never had any issues with her) told me that I now had some other attorney.
Since that time, I've had Brian Barch take over my case and I've had nothing but good things to say about my dealings with him. He has followed up with me and communicated in several ways (calls, texts, emails, snail mail, etc) to make sure I got the information that I need. I have filed my bankruptcy and have my creditor's meeting this week so I'm hoping this does not jinx how well this has been going, but I have been pleased at this apparent complete turn around in service.
The office staff still doesn't seem to know much, isn't helpful, and has been rather unprofessional but Brian has been more than competent and I feel confident that he will continue to provide the best service possible.

Worst communication ive ever had professionally. Once they're paid , you are no longer alive to them. No return phone calls . They schedule conference calls with you , you take off time for said call , No Call!! Twice this has happened to me. I'll never hire a firm i got a flyer from in the mail again!!!

Got a letter from this company in my mail. It said I owed some money. I called them to get some information about this and expressed concerned about if I could go to jail if I couldn't pay it and the woman on the phone laughed at me. . . I was crying and she was laughing. Needless to say I will NOT be working with this company. So rude and unprofessional.
