Don the law shark... it suits him well :-)

It was a pleasure finally getting a chance to see Don perform in trial.

Unfortunately, I have one of those crazy - manipulative ex's who submitted a frivolous contempt on me. Don took the proof of how I complied with everything in our agreement and turned the lies upside down on her. He was relentless with his questioning...

It was so good, we won when she withdrew her contempt less than 1/2 way through Don's cross examination of her, BEFORE I even had a chance to testify to my defense! It was glorious!

Best thing is, there's like 5 "best things" that came out of this in my favor. Next time she comes a knockin', she can expect more of the same :-)

Don is newly solo, and still seems too busy. Remember, sharks swim alone.

Staff makes too many errors and do not treat client's right. Don (who does a good job) is overbooked.

We've just finished our case and we were very happy with Don Roberts and his staff. They came and got the job done. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will definitely use them if we ever need legal council again.

A shark with zero bite. If there were a less than zero, this guy would get it. After 11 years of fighting this worthless attorney against mine for my child, the only result you will receive as this he is not liked by the Courts. He puts the utmost pressure on a Judge we are to respect. He has no respect. To have that Judge to say “I’m Warning You”. Once more and you will need your own attorney for contempt. Reckless and Worthless. Move on. Guess what? Your motions were denied and case dismissed. Anyone who puts a Shark as their logo on their website? It’s a joke. False teeth. The court system pleads for those who work together to stay together.

I needed a lawyer to file for full legal custody of my son so I could legally get his passport to fly out of country for vacation. It was very frustrating, but Clayborne (Clay) Johnson put my mind at ease from the very first phone call. Giving one star is giving more than this law firm deserves. Extemely rude and incompetent staff, especially their paralegals. Waste of time and like one other review mentioned they take money and do absolutely nothing. They also lack in communication. Seek another law firm even if it costs more you'll be glad you did. CROOKS!!!

Go elsewhere! Mr Roberts and his staff are very incompetent and do not reply in a timely manner with urgent issues. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This law office is a total waste of your money and time! I went to them and was told that I was receiving this huge discount when filing a motion to modify my Shared Parenting Plan. They literally met with me once when I first paid my retainer to go over a few details (I felt jipped). The time came to go to court and I literally had to tell him what to say during the deliberations. I finally had to terminate the contract. At that time I received the bill and got a portion of the retainer back but there were several double charges and discrepancies in the bill. I brought this to their attention and they realized that they did, in fact, make a few mistakes and agree to send me the check. They even said that they put the check in the mail that day! 16 days later and still no check. I emailed legal secretary who responded with snarky comments and remarks! SO rude and unprofessional! They took no responsibility for anything and no apology was offered ! :(
