Their office did a great job with getting our estate planning in line before the birth of our first child. They were very understanding throughout the process with are shifting schedules for work and doctors appointments.

The documents that were generated were very well explained and packaged to make all transitions smooth. Hopefully I don't have to use any of the documents anytime soon.

First of all we were referred to Mr. McLoughlin by another satisfied client. We had no issues with scheduling and even had to cancel one appointment when my husband came down with pneumonia. The front office was very understanding and helpful with rescheduling. Now on to our experience with Mr. McLoughlin. He took his time asking us the questions to gather the information he would need to set up an appropriate plan. He also took his time explaining his recommendations and what we should consider. After leaving our initial hour long consultation with him, we felt very informed and confident in our plan. Most importantly I am excited to complete our signatures and be proud to know our children will be taken care of the way WE want them to be should something happen. I know having this plan in place will provide security and peace of mind.

I called 2 weeks ago to see if one of the attorneys would be willing to go to the nursing facility where my mom was to help her discuss her will and make the changes she wanted to make. She has terminal cancer and had to have a trach put in so she is not able to go out to an office. I got absolutely no return phone call. Called back today and was put on hold and then told that 2 of the attorneys would not have availability for this and the other didn't get in until 9 but they'd see if she would. I told them No thanks. I`ll call the next office on my list.

So, I understand that they may not have the time to help a dying woman fix her will. But not even to bother and call back?

One more phone call and I have someone compassionate enough to at least return my phone call. And it turns out he is willing to talk to my mom.
