He may be an ok lawyer but is a horrible person. I met him today. I had an appointment next door I am a disability rehired teacher. I was disabled when I got between a couple of high school students who were literally trying to kill each other. So disabled while teaching at an inner city high school. Just to give you and example of how disabled I am I have had 3 surgeries including a fusion on my lower back and a fusion on my neck and several displaced discs in my thoracic spine. I have a pain pump installed. He parked his truck so that I couldn’t get out. He wasn’t even in a parking space he was parked diagonally so he blocked 2 other cars besides mine. I literally walked up and down the street to find this inconsiderate driver. When I finally found him like an hour later of course I was a little upset. I had also had to climb stairs to get to his office when I started saying that I was going to call the cops to move him if he didn’t move he told me to cLm down I told him I’m disabled and been walking to find you cause you blocked me in. He toldd me to leave his office. He literally pushed me out of his office causing extreme pain because of my thoracic area. The jerk never even aplogized. He knew he was in the wrong for parking where there wasn’t even a space. Never said he was sorry. Just yelled at me when I tried to explain why I was so upset. So he likes to push disabled people.

Best attorney in Columbus, Ohio. I’ve known Mike a few years now, and not particularly for my most favored reasons(being in trouble). First started with a ovi charge, and he was able to reduce that down to physical control with counseling. I’ve had some other charges too, but the latest was a dv/assault, disorderly. He was able to make a plea deal with the prosecutor to allow me to basically get my act together; by getting an alcohol assessment, going to 15 aa classes and we would agree on amending charge of disorderly conduct. Meanwhile, I sought after my own help too. There isn’t too many people in or outside of the courtroom mike does not know. He may not be the most well-known, but by all means I would rather go with a person that I can relate to or is more personable than someone you see on a tv ad or a mailing. He will deliver results. I have referred him to family, and friends both with having great results. I have no doubt in my mind if you can believe when I say that when you choose Michael Probst law that you’re in great hands. I asked Mr Probst if he was familiar with another Ohio County court and their process. Mr Probst lied said he would be able to assist. He charge me for our 30 min consultation also charged me for 30 mins of phone calls that he attempted to make but couldn't reach anyone because his phone lines were down. This hour of nothing was $220.00. His words were "I don't know what to tell you". He is unrealistic.
