Where do I begin I got a ton of run around only to find out my settlement was lost I was lied to an I will be following up with the Columbus Bar association. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KNR it was more then a settlement it went a year they blamed everyone else but themselves only to be told in the end that they're stepping down and told me to work it out with the other places myself.

I have had the worst experience with KNR. When me and my family was receiving treatment I was called every week to see if we where still attending treatment. After treatment the phone calls stopped. Every time I needed a update I had to contact them and wait for days for them to contact me back. They always say no one is available and they can send a email. I just feel like the communication was not there. I have been in a previous accidents and the attorney that I used in that case called and check on me weekly even after treatment was done, they kept me posted every step of the way. I was told that it would take 30days to complete the case we are still waiting but I received a phone call from my attorney last week stating that the chiropractor was taken care of and so was Oasis so If everyone has been taken care of why have I still not been taken care. Me and my family was done at the beginning of November and was expecting are settlements before Christmas. Now we are at the end of January and nothing. I’m so frustrated and I understand things like this do take time but communication is key.

I had a really tough case. I knew going into this I might not win. I was hit from behind by a semi while traffic was stopped and because my car was so little no one saw me and I had no witnesses. It was my word vs his! I only had my car for less than a year and I was feeling like there was nothing anyone can do. Then I randomly got a call from Kisling, Nestico & Redick telling me to come get my check! They made a wrong situation right for me! Then just when I thought things were said and done several months go by and they let me know I had another check coming! These guys right here are three absoulte best lawyers, I never had to worry about anything. KNR never asked for a dime; they didn't get a check until I did. They called to check up on me weekly after my accident until I said I was better and emailed me cute messages every holiday. Plus, the lawyers do get you every single dime they can. It is most likely that they represent the insurance company and the insurance company pays them so much money on retainer to help keep them from paying out thousands to the client. When a law firm comes to you don't walk away from them Run ! I would say that the people giving good reviews. Is people the firm has paid to say wonderful things about them!

My father and I had the worst experience ever with them. It took nearly 2 yrs for us to finally get a settlement for a minor accident. Never got any updates on a timely manner. Our paralegal would always lie about calling us back with updates within a week but would not hear back until I call them which is 4 weeks later. Everytime I called they are never available, front desk always ask to leave a message.This always happens everytime I call for updates. They never have any real answers but go wait. Terrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere, these people just want your money!!!
