During my first phone call with Ben he explained me the possible escenarios for the charges I had, and during my interview at his office he clearly stated the most possible outcome for this case, he showed me confidence for this type of case.
I was in constant communication with him while Bryan was inside dealing with the Prosecutor, Bryan showed me later that Prosecutor agreed to dismissed the first offense leaving only a speeding violation, no license suspension, no other alcohol related offense will be on my record, no jail time.

I received a ticket in Hilliard, Ohio for speeding in a high risk area. It was an unfortunate oversight that I have never made before. After receiving my citation, I was absolutely scared out of my mind as this offense could potentially result in a license suspension and even jail time. Panicked, I found Luftman, Heck, & Associates online after a simple Google search. This firm had the most reviews that were very positive, very comforting in the moment, and most importantly, appeared to be genuine. Normally, I am VERY SKEPTICAL of online reviews but my situation forced me to overcome my skepticism and call Attorney Luftman. My initial call was answered promptly by the firm’s staff and within ten minutes of that call I was speaking with the senior partner, Attorney Luftman himself. Attorney Luftman was very direct and honest with me. He knew exactly which magistrate would hear my case by name, and gave me his professional, expert opinion on what my chances were for coming out of this situation with a valid driver’s license and no jail time. I was also given his direct number and e-mail address. His kindness did not stop there. He was nice enough to let the prosecutor that I was very respectful and polite when he gave me my citation. I landed myself in legal trouble for the first time in my life on January 17th, 2019. I had no idea what to do. I started my defense with the use of a public defender. It didn’t take me long to realize he was trying to just move the case along as quickly as possible and was accepting what the prosecution was offering without any fight. I’ll address them individually...First charge: DUI: the public defender was willing to accept a 1 year license suspension and “party plates” for this (first ovi ever). The second charge was a felony gun charge carrying a maximum of 1.5 years in jail. Mr. Luftman was able to help me avoid any additional jail time by getting me on ILC instead. Unfortunately having been in a position twice in life where I have needed a lawyer, I searched out for the top attorneys and came upon Ben Luftman’s firm. Having read many successful stories of former clients, I decided to have Ben be my council. When I call him, he is always ready to answer the phone and advise me of my options. The fee was absolutely reasonable and so I entrusted my legal problems with Ben. The crime I was accused of would have landed me jail time and rendered me unable to apply for financial aid which would have destroyed me economically.
