I had reached out to Virginia in an attempt to be my attorney. I had received a call for information probably like a week after I left a message. After another week has gone by, I left another message because I was told she would get back to me and I haven't heard anything. About two days later, Virginia calls me and goes to explain she has been busy trying to meet deadlines so it took sometime to get back to me. That was understandable. I go to explain my situation and instead of taking my case, She referred me to someone else, because she said she didn't want me to be upset with her if she didn't win the case, which i had already expressed to her I already won the case. But i needed her because the case was appealed and also i had to file a motion for the other party being in contempt of the courts. I personally feel as though she had too many cases on her hands and she couldn't take mine. Which if that was the case that should have been communicated to me. I was told nothing but excuses as to why she couldn't take my case. Really disappointed
