My husband was in an accident and it was the other parties fault. They did not do what we hired them to do and after almost a year of waiting for compensation, we barely got anything from this accident. Our car was totaled, but at least my husband's medical bills got paid! I personally wouldn't recommend them. Our story is basically the exact same as Greg Baker's! Go to another attorney that will actually work on your case, get you more back, and will not neglect your case for almost an entire year, saying there was nothing they can do they have to wait to hear from the insurance company! Every time my husband called to check on the case they were very rude and literally told him to stop calling, they will call him when they hear something.

I Didn't like how they handled my case at all! When I signed the agreement it said they take 25% if it doesn't go to court and 33% if it does. The settlement was for $9,000 Wich was very low in my opinion and the chiropractor got $4,000 and we split the remaining $5,000! $2,500 is more than 25% of $9,000 and they refused to take 2,000 and give me 3 I felt like I was being hustled from day 1 they never called to let me know what was going on and when I called it was like I was bothering them! I was the one in the accident I was the one who was hurt and they just used me to line there own pockets! I will personally never go here again.. And it also took about 6 months for them to settle a fairly simple case!

Kyle was my first ever attorney, and he has continued to be my attorney still today if anyone I know needs some legal advice, I always recommend him. Chris is great too, he has done some work for me as well. I can honestly say that everyone tha tf works there is knowledgeable friendly and polite. Never had a bad or even unpleasant encounter with anyone here.

I got into an accident in November of 2018 where I ended up getting compensation for my accident. Bunch of lies never sent my file like I asked for. Seems like they never had my best intentions. Every week there was someone different working on my case communicating was very difficult. Worst law firm I have ever had the displeasure of working with... He did minimal work for me just to collect a check, never knew which attorney was going to show up, yet I hired one specific lawyer and he was more concerned with his professional relationships with those at workman's compensation and the industrial commission rather than living up to his oath to represent his client vigorously, and to the best of his ability. If you expect your attorney to do more than just the minimum for you, I would go somewhere else; especially if your injury affects your quality of life. Don't just be a number or a paycheck to a smug, overbearing, self blothiating attorney.

My wife and I had been traveling to a relatives house for Christmas and a intoxicated driver rear ended us at a traffic light traveling at a high rate of speed. Fortunately my pregnant wife went relatively unscathed. I on the other hand had immediate lower back pain, and of course my vehicle suffered damage. McKenzie & Snyder went above and beyond to be sure I was made whole again, doctors bills, and repairs to my vehicles all paid. They dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have too. I am extremely satisfied with the service and level of professionalism they exhibited. All my questions and concerns had been answered immediately. My lawyer was always very accessible and friendly. If you find yourself in a bad situation I highly recommend giving them a call!
