For years I had been in a situation with the VA where I was attempting to get a service connected death for my deceased husband who was an Army veteran. Everyone with whom I was associated in dealing with the case believed in the case as much as I did, and I believed in it 100 percent. The first VA attorney and I both did tons of research to prove my case. When she later needed to make plans to retire, I began receiving many letters from other attorneys wishing to represent me. From the very beginning, Mr. Kinman (like the first attorney) believed in me and in my case and went to work on my behalf, through appeals, etc. His expertise and diligence (and belief in my case) was outstanding and, finally, in December 2018, my case was finalized to much satisfaction and relief. Very professional, friendly staff, great customer service!

Max Kinman did not work well with me as a client. My case was very managable. I do understand that he is very busy but he was incredibly hard to reach. He canceled our first consultation and that prevented me from getting the lawyer i originally wanted. I never got to see the video tape of my arrest even though I asked a number of times. The cross-examination was hardly that. It was more of just hearing the cops side of the story. A lot of stuff said that the officers were using against me during cross examination, I had perfectly understandble explanations for. Stuff that Kinman refused to acknowledge. I tried to explain my side of the story but ultimately i was silenced. I spent a significant amount of time researching legal facts that would strengthen my defense, but he didn't even look it over. He just told me that legal facts should have been used in cross-examination and wont work in trial. And that my defense has been heard before by others and would probably be taken with a grain of salt. I feel Cheated, Screwed Over, and Furious by this whole situation, having to bite a bullet and take a deal that will impact me for YEARS. I, an innocent man, was sentenced that day and I felt no sense of Justice whatsoever inside the Mason Municipal Court.

My attorney was David Wagner. I can say that he is a amazing attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Even though my case didn't come out as everyone wanted he knew the judge extremely well and that receives a ton of respect points there. Even with my not so good situation he tried his best to make it turn out the best it could. Saved me jail time and a few others. 5/5 would recommend.

I can't say anything about the other two lawyers with this firm but you definitely do not want Tyler Webb. I hired Mr. Webb back in 2014 for a divorce and I have been paying dearly since. I purposely hired a lawyer away from my hometown so that he wouldn't be in cahoots with my exes lawyer, this didn't work out for me as he was already familiar with him and buddied up to him right away. Mr. Webb and my exes lawyer came to an agreement without my consent. Mr. Webb blackmailed me into this terrible offer by telling me he would drop me as a client if I didn't accept it. I had already paid him up front and didn't have any other funds to secure another firm.
