I was in a lot of trouble with my fourth OVI (felony) out of Montgomery Co. I hired Mr. Denslow and was surprised to hear from him daily checking on my well being. I was filled with depression and anxiety to the point that I could not function.
For the first time in my life I checked myself into treatment and was surprised to get a visit from Mr. Denslow. He explained everything in detail and was honest about my tough situation. Due to this being my fourth OVI in six years, the prosecutor and judge wanted me in prison. It wasn’t but a week later that the felony was dismissed. I couldn’t believe it.
I went to misdemeanor court 1/11/18 and plead guilty (because I was guilty). Mr. Denslow had obviously spent many hours, if not days on my case. The judge sentenced me to minimum probation, suspension, and fines. He counted my mandatory jail time served in treatment and gave me two years probation which was the minimum.

My experience with Jeremiah Denslow was fast, extremely professional, and very proactive on my part by getting my charges dropped all the way to a reckless operation instead of a DUI. I got into a serious traffic accident in Ohio and was charged with a serious felony driving offense. I had a theft case that came back and haunted me 15 years later and had no idea that I had an outstanding case in Ohio. One Saturday I received a letter from Springfield OH. sheriff stating i had a warrant out for my arrest. Living in TN I had no Idea what to do.

I called the sheriffs office to inquire of the letter I received and was told that since it was so long ago they could not tell me what the warrant pertained to.
