So I was told Roberta was the best. Boy was that a lie. She is money hungry and doesn’t care about anything else. If I could give no stars I would. So I hired her for a custody battle. Got my first bill after retainer was used I was told she wouldn’t do anything till I paid it off my first actual bill. Then she told me to dismiss the case the day before saying all this bs I agreed like a dumbass. But nothing she said happened! She could have just fought the GAL report but didn’t. Then after the stunt she suggested I got served a week later she refused to take it until I paid off the last one which I was making payments every pay check. Got charged when I wasn’t her client. So I decided to go with a different lawyer. Who also can’t understand why Roberta put me in this spot. Then after they found out I had a new lawyer the next day the accountant calls me wanting this paid and this paid..... edit as they say it’s my fault it’s not I took her advice to dismiss my case which was not in the best interest for me. So her services ended? Well again was not told they would end by doing that. So I fired her because she screwed me wanting more money. She just wanted more money out of me by doing this. Just as Crocked as the others in that office. It needs shut down. But got to make it look like everyone else and not you.

Good guy. Upfront and honest with my situation and what he could do. Got the result I paid for and was reasonable. Hopefully won't need him again but would call for sure if I did.

I can't say enough good about Scott. Other attorneys didn't seem to care about my case and just wanted to charge me a lot of money to plead. That's if they would even return my call. Scott knew what he was doing, was there when I had a question, and got my case reduced. He even got my license back when everyone else told me it would be gone for a year.

My wife and I hired Roberta to help us with a family matter. From the very first call I knew we had found the right laywer. Professional, and tenacious! She worked hard to get us the result we were hoping for.
She was worth spending a little bit more to get the best results! Would highly recommend her and her firm!

If you want your legal issues handled correctly the FIRST time, hire Roberta Roberts. She's thorough, hard working and extremely well-versed at family law. There wasn't one question she couldn't answer for me every step of the way. I had originally hired someone much cheaper, but they screwed up the paper work, and ended up costing me more in fees. Roberta is WORTH every penny because she gets the job done right the first time, and is willing to fight for whatever you need.

I hired Mrs. Roberts and I have nothing but wonderful things to say! Not only was she professional, she listened and truly cared about getting the result that I was hoping for! You will not go wrong by hiring her.
Respectfully,

It took us a long time to be able to speak to Ms. Roberts on the phone. When we did, she 100% contradicted what she said on her website. I do not recommend.

For my $1,000 retainer, Mr. Kelly wrote a letter to an insurance company. He then spent the next months sitting on his hands waiting for a reply, aside from when I spurred him to the action he should have been taking anyway. Having a statute of limitations, the insurance company was simply running out the clock, and Kelly was doing nothing to prevent it.

If you visit the doctor's office, you pay for the visit, and when the doctor informs you of your condition, he then answers your questions. Scott is a machine that answers questions when you insert $20 bills. I had to ask the same questions repeatedly via email over the course of my torment with them, and each time, an aspect of my question was left unanswered, requiring me to email again, and him to reply again; this is how they rack up the bills on you. When I confronted Scott about his curious lack of attention for a lawyer and their billing system, Scott dropped the charges, and quit the case without informing me at the time, abandoning a 2 year old girl's hopes of regaining her college fund from a predatory contractor.

What did I encounter during my experience with them? Extreme lack of attention to detail, inept writing ability, lack of drive to see you are adequately represented, long response times while waiting for email replies (I sent a letter to Japan the same day as one email, got a reply before I heard from RKB), clever ways to rack up charges while waiting for your case to be handled, inadequate ability to handle opposing viewpoints, crumbling at the first sign of adversity, lack of ethical character (even here, their only 5 star review is from one of their own lawyers!), reluctance to share information gained from your case and financial support, inability to use basic computer functions, unfathomably poor customer service, and more.

Feel free to contact me for details, but with so many options, I definitely wouldn't contact them! These are not the lawyers you're looking for...
