Very professional

I hired Patrick Mulligan and Associates to help me withdraw a plea in the Court. I had discussions with his associate, George Katchmer, that a local prosecutor was hiding evidence in the proceeding. To keep the story short, he was suppose to show up at the hearing with subpoenas already being sent, and to subpoeana witnesses. He didn't, the judge even asked him if he did at the hearing and he said "no". On appeal, the attorney KNEW his mistake, but instead of having Patrick Mulligan argue on appeal of his own incompetence, he rather let me find out later that he didn't want to argue of any ineffectiveness. That's right, to save his butt from any negligence, he simply passed on to correct his error. So I lost the case and when I later found out what he did wrong, he didn't care whatsoever to correct his mistake or even listen to me. BEWARE of these people, who have worked as former prosecutors and have there beer drinking buddies in Court, they all vouch for one another, including judges.

I was a long time client and the firm use to be a straight up firm now I wouldn't recommend him to represent my dog he takes your money and then sells you down the river never hire this attorney your better off with a public defender or defend yourself you will at least get some representation because these guys are a serious joke

I've seen "very professional" written in a few reviews, but I've found that is not the case. I asked the man one question about a mitigation statement, that he stuttered through mind you, and got cussed at and told to, "kiss his Irish @$$." Up to the mitigation he did a great job, but when questioned once about his methods he went completely defensive, childish, rude, and insulting. It was rather pathetic. If you want someone to get criminal charges reduced, but ignore all of your requests, he's the man. One of the women in the office was fantastic. Very helpful, kind, and understanding. She was the best part of the office. As for Mr. Mulligan, however, be prepared to be spoken down to if you have actual questions regarding your case.

Patrick Mulligan is the man you need! He has been so helpful to me during 2 connected cases. We were even blessed to have one case completly dismissed. He is very professional, hardworking, and personable. His office staff have been very helpful as well. He is worth every penny.
Update: My case is now over and Patrick went the extra mile to have my record sealed. Because of that one extra step I was able to secure a new job 10 days after being released. Although it was a rough road, Patrick did everything that he could to help me succeed.

Good attorney, gave me good advice.

I hired Patrick’s firm to represent me in a highly contested custody case. He spoke a great game when I was coming on board but then I was quickly passed to an associate of his, Lindsey Arway and my case didn’t go anywhere. I actually lost 6 months of contact with my kids for no reason and nothing was filed in court to defend me. Needless to say within 1 month of hiring another attorney, I was seeing my kids again. Horrible and I would not recommend. Took over $8,000 of my money and did nothing for me!

I was told by Patrick that I would be unable to have my record expunged. Turns out that was a lie, I went to a different lawyer and 2 weeks later, it was expunged. Thanks for nothing Patrick. You could have had my money instead.

I would rate a 0 if I could. Patrick is arrogant and was not prepared for my trial. He said I could testify and then he didn’t let me. He didn’t prepare any witness, and let all go home, so when I needed them they weren’t there. I spent over 30,000 and a public defender could have done better, because he didn’t subpoena the medical Dr, the most important part of our defense was not presented. Which was the only physical evidence in the whole case. We lost by pure testimony and a horrible attorney that didn’t take the time to familiarize himself with my case!

The staff is very accommodating. Mr. Mulligan is the best lawyer. he's very attentive to your knees and he's very thorough and he will fight for everything that he can for your case I highly recommend him.

Pat was at one point one of the best around if not the best. Now hes a copout lawyer. Deal maker. Sell ya out for the higher paying clients. Rion is same now. I highly recommend jay Adams. Adams & Cicero at least will be honest with you about what's going to happen to you. Pat let the money and fame get to him. He used to care and liked winning. Now it's just a money thing

I have learned in many areas of life that you pay for what you get! Patrick is an atty. That does what he says. I am dedicated and will call no other. His entire office is great and helpful also!

Mr Mulligan and his associates represented a family member of mine and instead of representing his client and doing what was best for her and all those concerned they were more interested in running up a lot of bogus charges. When we realized what was happening and a request was made that they withdrawal from representing us, they put it off as long as they could. We finally had to take matters into our own hands. They don't Consider themselves in working for you and what is best for you. They are only interested in what is going to line their pockets. And because of this they made what was suppose to only take days take weeks and weeks.

When all the other attorneys in the area consider them to be the bottom of the barrel that should tell you something.....

Mr. Mulligan was absolutely professional and made me feel like he really cared. He did an amazing job in proving me innocence on my felony 1. Anyone would be crazy not hire him.

While I did not choose the office/staff for representation due to my case being settled, I did have a consultation. The consultation was my first time ever dealing with any type of lawyer and they made me feel extremly comfortable and reasured me things would be ok.
