Kathie Perry was great in my OWI case. She was there for me to answer any questions I had and worked hard to quickly get resolution for my charges. I could not have asked for a better outcome or attorney.

Hired for a case last year. Mrs. Perry did nothing but file continuances despite my wish to resolve this case and get on with my life. More recently a close relative of mine got into some trouble. Despite my reservations about Mrs. Perry, I went ahead and referred my relative to this firm. Explained to them that even though Mrs. Perry was mediocre at best and I didn't like her approach that I did really like the young passionate gal who was assigned as her paralegal. She made up for what I quickly began to feel Mrs. Perry lacked. Always returned my calls or emails promptly and when I was in the hiring process it was she who answered all my questions. Treated me like a human not just a payday unlike Perry. My relative decided to go forward with a consultation but ended up having a conversation with an apparently new paralegal. Someone older who, on face value, has the same attitude Mrs. Perry had when representing me. I see I have no reason to recommend this office anymore. My relative also saw no incentive to hire. Best wishes to the young gal wherever she is now. Heart of gold. She's what salvaged my experience with this office. I'm sorry she's not around to salvage someone else's.

We used Andy for our son. Andy went above and beyond what he was hired for. He and his team were knowledgeable. Andy would call after hours and weekends if needed, to just listen to our concerns. He gave us great advice that sometimes differed from what we wanted to do as a family. We followed his legal advice (that's what we hired a lawyer for), and the end results were better than expected. I can truly say he was caring about our feelings, yet he let us know what was the correct way to respond.

My only negative would be that he is extremely busy. This makes it difficult to get timely responses. But you have to deal with that when you get a good lawyer that it is in high demand.

I would not hesitate to use Andy again, and highly recommend anyone needing a criminal lawyer to contact him and his team.

Andy Baldwin and the whole Criminal Defense Team, including their great staff, literally saved my life. I have a 6 figure salary and was going to lose my job over false allegations. I would have lost everything...and so would my children. Whenever I needed anything, they were Johnny on the spot. I know that Andy had to meet with multiple prosecutors and fought until we got the outcome that I deserved. The whole team really treated me like family. I went through some real tough times and the whole firm was always there for me. When I didn't have a license, they drove 200 miles round trip to pick me up and make sure I didn't get into further trouble. What lawyers would do that for their clients? “NOT GUILTY on all counts.” Those were the words I heard from the judge after the jury foreman handed him the verdicts forms. I was accused of a variety of charges, including felonies. My freedom and reputation were at stake. Thankfully, I hired the Criminal Defense Team. Andy Baldwin, simply put, is an unbelievable trial lawyer. When the prosecutor offered a good plea agreement, Andy took the time to review the case with me and gave me my options. He said he was willing to go to trial if that is what I wanted. He and his whole team are very intense but also very genuine. Over time, I met with at least three lawyers in the firm that had reviewed and brain-stormed my case together. When I told Andy that I wanted to proceed to trial he did not try to talk me out of it as a lot of lawyers might do once they’ve been paid. In fact, he said “now we just have to go win.” At trial, the firm’s newest lawyer Matt Price sat next to me. Andy expertly picked a jury and gave a terrific opening statement providing a roadmap for the jury as to why I was not guilty. He then tore apart the accuser on cross-examination. After Andy was done with her, she was a mumbling and stumbling mess. More importantly, the jury simply didn’t believe most of what she had to say. That is what the jurors told the attorneys after the trial. It was hard to believe that it was attorney Matt Price’s first jury trial. Matt sliced through the police officers’ inadequate investigation while cross-examining the lead detective, exposing the holes in the case. Some of the holes were obvious. Some weren’t. Matt did a great job of letting the jury see all of the problems with the investigation. Matt and Andy both provided a tag-team closing argument that was powerfully persuasive. In the end, it took the jury just less than half-an-hour to find me not guilty. I can’t say enough for this team – my team. They are as good as advertised, actually better. I could tell that they are respected within the legal community by the way that prosecutors and the judge and court staff talked with them – which also gave me confidence. I don’t even like thinking about what may have happened had I hired another law firm or lawyer. Thankfully, I didn’t make that mistake. Kudos to Andrew Baldwin and his team of expert legal representatives.

I have had to use the Criminal Defense Team on multiple cases over the years. Each time I have received excellent results. Andy and his entire Team really cared about me and the outcome of my case. I was facing a probation violation in a notoriously tough court with a tough judge. I basically stopped going to probation several years before and had been accused of committing a new crime. Other defendants in the same court were getting hammered for what seemed to be far less than what I was accused of doing. I was told by other inmates and saw other inmates being sentenced to 270 days in jail.
The Criminal Defense Team sent one of its partners, Mike Kyle, to court and somehow convinced the prosecutor and judge to put me back on probation. It saved my job and my freedom and got me home in order to provide for my family despite the stupid mistake I had made years before. I was even able to get a court date within 3-4 days of getting there and released on my first court date while others got rescheduled a week or two.
The whole firm is great and actually cared about what happened to me. They even helped me post sentencing with a probation department issue I was having in a quick and timely manner.
