There was some changes in staff and once I was made aware of the changes I understood how the mix up occurred. Since reaching out Mr. Poynter has been thorough in communicating all the details of my case and has work DILIGENTLY to get my case solved. This people don't care about how long it takes or about the people they just want their money. don't go here i regret using them they are not professional at all. they say one thing one day an something completely different an other day. They will not settle the case even if you ask them to they rather keep you waiting i been waiting for over a year and they said it make take an other 2 years so finalize the case. go some where else. don't hire them you will save so much headaches.
